By accessing or using MD2Card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for protecting your account credentials and API keys. Losses caused by poor credential management, account sharing, or security violations are your responsibility. Contact us promptly if you notice unusual account activity.

MD2Card provides Markdown-to-card conversion, document saving, image uploads, exports, API calls, a theme marketplace, credit management, and related creation tools. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for product, technical, security, or compliance reasons.

You retain rights to the content you submit and represent that you have the legal rights needed to upload, edit, generate, publish, and share it. To provide the service, you grant MD2Card permission to store, process, transform, display, and transmit user content within the necessary scope.

You must not submit illegal, infringing, malicious, harassing, fraudulent, or rights-violating images, Markdown documents, or other content. You are solely responsible for any liability arising from content that you upload, generate, save, publish, or share in violation of laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.

MD2Card's AI, text-to-image, image-to-video, and related generation features are provided only to assist creation and formatting. Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific use. You must review generated content before publishing, commercial use, or external distribution, and you must not use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, false, misleading, impersonating, personality-rights-infringing, intellectual-property-infringing, child-harming, or platform-violating content.

If we discover or receive notice of unlawful content, infringement, violations, abuse, fraud, security risks, or regulatory requirements, MD2Card may delete, block, or restrict access to related content; suspend or terminate accounts, API keys, credits, theme access, or related services; and retain or provide necessary records as required by laws, regulations, regulators, or dispute handling.

If you believe content saved, generated, displayed, or shared through MD2Card infringes your copyright, trademark, portrait right, privacy right, or other lawful rights, or is suspected of being illegal, contact [email protected] with the relevant link, proof of ownership or identity, a description of the infringement or illegal activity, your contact information, and the action you request. We will take reasonable measures after verification.

Paid credits, API calls, theme purchases, and other commercial features are governed by the information shown on the relevant page or confirmed order. Unless required by law or expressly stated, completed digital services, API calls, theme purchases, and consumed credits are generally non-refundable. We may restrict or cancel abnormal, fraudulent, or terms-violating transactions.

You must not attack, scan, disrupt, or bypass service security; misuse API quotas; register accounts in bulk; distribute malicious code; infringe intellectual property; scrape non-public data; or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise harmful activity.

The MD2Card interface, code, designs, marks, built-in themes, and service materials are protected by applicable laws. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use them commercially outside the service. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

MD2Card is an image generation and formatting tool. It is not the publisher, reviewer, or responsible party for content that users share. You are responsible for judging, preserving, publishing, and sharing content generated, saved, downloaded, or shared through MD2Card.

MD2Card does not promise permanent storage of any user content, temporary files, images, documents, or generated results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by a user's failure to keep backups, temporary file expiration, user deletion, third-party storage issues, or network failures.

We work to keep the service stable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully customized operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party services, network failures, user content, account compromise, or your violation of these Terms.

If you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform rules, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account, API access, theme access, or related services. You may also stop using the service and request account closure as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms due to service, legal, or compliance requirements. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms. For questions or support, contact [email protected].
